Ingredients
- carrot : 1/4
- spinach : 1/2 bundle
- Soybean sprouts : 1/2 bag
- zucchini : 1/3
- Grated garlic : 1/4 teaspoon each
- Sesame oil : 1 teaspoon each
- Salt (other than zucchini) : a little
- Light soy sauce : 1/4 teaspoon
- Boiled royal fern : 80g
- water : 45ml
- Dark soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- Liquor : 1 tsp
- sweet sake : 1 tsp
- Grated garlic : 1/3 teaspoon
- (A) Gochujang : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Grated garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Mirin : 1 tsp
- (A) Syrup : 1 tsp
- (B) Beef : 180g
- (B) Dark soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Sugar : 1 tsp
- (B) Sesame oil : 2 tsp
- (B) Grated garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- (B) Pepper : a little
- rice : 2 cups
- Kimchi : Appropriate amount

Preparing vegetables for namul

Cut the carrots into julienne and boil.
Cut the zucchini into thin slices for half a month, sprinkle with salt (not included in the amount), and squeeze when the water comes out.
Drain the royal fern and cut it into 4 to 5 cm lengths.
Boil spinach and bean sprouts, and cut the spinach to a length of about 4 cm. -

Fry lightly on medium heat, add seasonings and fry until dry. -

・ By frying the ingredients with sesame oil, the flavor is fragrant and full-fledged bibimbap.
・ Beef will become hard if heated too much, so fry it lightly.
・ If you like spicy food, increase the amount of gochujang.
