  • Worcestershire sauce : 1/2 tbsp
  • sugar : 1/2 tbsp
  • garlic : 1 piece
  • onion : 1/4 piece
  • Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Ribs : 60g
  • Salt and pepper : a little
