    ボウルに水、顆粒だし、おろしにんにく、おろし生姜、砂糖、しょうゆ、料理酒を入れて混ぜる合わせる。

    フライパンに油(分量外)を熱し、豚肉を表面の色が変わるくらいまで炒める。
    玉ねぎを加えて炒める。
    玉ねぎに半分火が通ったら、たれを加えて炒める。
    たれが1/3くらいになるまで煮詰める。

    どんぶりに盛ったご飯の上に盛り付ける。
    紅ショウガを添え、一味唐辛子を振りかけて完成。
