- Cotton tofu : 300g-400g
- potato starch : 3 tbsp
- garlic : 1 piece
- Salad oil : 2 tablespoons
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- butter : 15g
- Green onion : Appropriate amount

                        Prepare tofu

                        Wrap cotton tofu in kitchen paper, place on a plate, and heat in a 600w microwave for 4 minutes. 
 Cut the tofu that has been heated into 6 equal parts.
