Ingredients
- Beef ribs : 250g
- Spinning : 1 bundle
- Carrots : One
- Bean sprouts : 1 bag
- Sesame oil : Appropriate amount
- White rice : Appropriate amount
- Kimchi : Appropriate amount

- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sake : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Gochujang : a little
- (A) Somi Shantung (chicken soup) : a little
- (B) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (B) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- (B) Somi Shantung (chicken soup) : 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Sesame seeds : 1 tablespoon

Prepare the beef

Cut the beef into pieces that are easy to eat.
Sprinkle the beef with the mixture of seasoning (A) and let it soak in the taste. -

Drain the boiled and chilled spinach thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the carrots into thin strips, wash and wrap the bean sprouts, heat in a 500w microwave for 3 minutes, and drain well.
Mix seasoning (B) and sprinkle 1 tablespoon on vegetables. -

Fry the beef

Put sesame oil on a BRUNO hot plate and fry the beef. Once the beef is cooked, remove it.
