  • White green onion : 1/4
  • garlic : 1 piece
  • Chicken thigh : 1 sheet

  • sugar : 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken glass soup base : 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce : 1 tsp
  • ketchup : 3 tbsp
  • water : 100ml
  • Salad oil : 2 tablespoons
  • Doubanjiang : 1/2 tbsp
  • Potato starch (for water-soluble potato starch) : 1 tsp
  • Water (for water-soluble potato starch) : 2 tsp

    Finely chop the green onions.
    Crush the garlic, remove the core, and chop it roughly.
