- Sesame oil (for dough) : 2/3 tbsp

- Vinegar soy sauce : Appropriate amount

Cut the green onions into 3 cm widths. (When using white onions, slice them diagonally)

Dissolve Shiratamako in 3 tablespoons of water and crush the lumps. Add potato starch, nam pla, sesame oil and eggs and mix well.
Add the cut green onions and mix the whole. -

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and add all the dough. Bake on low heat for 4 minutes.
Turn it over and bake for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle sesame oil on the finish and bake the surface fragrantly over high heat to complete.
