Ingredients
- Cutted rice cake : 4 pieces (about 200g)
- sugar : 15g
- water : 50g
- Strawberry : Six

- Water (for bean paste) : 150g

Rinse the salted cherry blossoms with water and soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
Put dried white bean paste, sugar, cherry powder, and water in a pan and simmer over medium heat while mixing. Save some salted cherry blossoms for decoration, and chop the rest and mix with the bean paste. -
