Ingredients
- Vegetable consomme soup : For 4 people
- egg : Four
- English Muffin : Four
- Ham : 4 sheets
- tomato : 1 piece
- lettuce : 4 sheets
- egg yolk : 2 pieces
- mayonnaise : 2 tablespoons
- Drawn butter : 10g
- lemon juice : 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper : as you like

Make hollandaise sauce

Heat in a 600w microwave for about 15 seconds to melt the butter.
Add a little chilled egg yolk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. -
