- (A) Consomme cube : 1 piece
- (A) Chili powder : 1 tsp
- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 1 tsp
- (A) Grated cheese : Appropriate amount

Make tomato sauce

Put olive oil in a frying pan and heat it, fry the garlic and let it smell.
Add onions, red paprika and peppers cut into dice and fry.
When the onions are fried to the extent that they are translucent, add (A) and simmer. -

Cut mackerel into small bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Put a large amount of olive oil in a frying pan, warm it, and bake it from the skin.
