Ingredients
- Tuna lean : 250g
- cabbage : 120g
- Mini Tomato : 50g
- Lemon : 10g
- Salt and pepper : Appropriate amount

- (A) Dark soy sauce : 20ml
- (A) Liquor : 10ml
- (A) Hon Mirin : 10ml
- (A) Sesame oil : 10ml
- (A) Grated ginger : 5g
- (A) Grated garlic : 5g
