Point
・ Wrap potatoes in plastic wrap in advance and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 6 minutes.
・ You may or may not peel the potato skin as you like.
・ By grasping it just before frying, the bread crumbs will become more familiar with the potatoes and the batter will not come off easily.
・ At the beginning of frying, the batter will come off until it is lightly colored, so be careful not to touch it.
・ It is delicious to fry your favorite ingredients such as ham, scissors, and chikuwa together.
