Fried rice with crab and lettuce ｜ Cooking with Dog's recipe transcription
- Hot rice : 150g
- Crab (canned) : 50g
- Long onion (coarsely chopped) : 30g
- Ginger (chopped) : 1/2 teaspoon
- egg : 1 piece
- Salad oil : 1 tablespoon
- salt : 1/6 teaspoon

- soy sauce : A few drops
- lettuce : 1 sheet
Thaw the eggs well.
Prepare lettuce cut into 2 cm squares.
Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan, heat it, and add chopped ginger to add aroma.
When the oil is warm, add the beaten egg of 1 and immediately add warm rice.
Use two spatulas and fry while blending with the eggs to loosen the lumps of rice.
When the whole is loosened, add coarsely chopped green onions and fry.
Add crab and finish
Bring the rice to the back of the frying pan, put the crab in front and fry until the water is removed.
Mix the whole and season with salt and pepper.
Add lettuce and soy sauce and fry lightly.
Serve on a plate.
