- Minced meat : 300g
- egg : 1 piece
- Salt and pepper : a little
- Stir-fried onion : 4-5 tbsp
- Raw buckwheat fruit : 80g
- Chop (cut) tomato : 200g
- garlic : 4g
- hot water : 150cc
- oil : Appropriate amount
- flour : Appropriate amount

Put minced meat in a bowl, add eggs, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of stir-fried onions, and buckwheat seeds and mix well.

Make a hamburger

Shape the hamburger and sprinkle with flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the hamburgers side by side. After baking for about 5 minutes, take out the hamburger steak and transfer it to a plate.

Make sauce and simmer

Clean the hamburger pan with paper towels and fry the remaining stir-fried onions, chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic for about a minute. Add hot water and put the hamburger back.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste. Cover again and heat for about 15 minutes and you're done.

・ Boil the buckwheat fruit. First, put it in plenty of water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Raise it in a colander, drain it, put it in a pan, add salt and water, and heat it over medium heat. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and cook for 12 minutes. When the water is low, heat it with a wooden spatula, cover it, and steam it for 10 minutes.
