Put minced meat in a bowl, add eggs, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of stir-fried onions, and buckwheat seeds and mix well.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the hamburgers side by side. After baking for about 5 minutes, take out the hamburger steak and transfer it to a plate.

Clean the hamburger pan with paper towels and fry the remaining stir-fried onions, chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic for about a minute. Add hot water and put the hamburger back.
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes, then add salt and pepper to taste. Cover again and heat for about 15 minutes and you're done.
