- onion : 1 piece
- Olive oil : Appropriate amount

- flour : 8 tbsp
- Shredded cheese (not required) : A handful

Cut the zucchini into thin strips or shred it with cheese, sprinkle with salt and knead it to make it soft. Take the water that comes out firmly.
