Ingredients
- egg : 2 pieces
- cabbage : 2 sheets
- Ribs : 40g
- Salt and pepper : a little
- Sauce (topping) : as you like
- Mayonnaise (topping) : as you like
- Katsuobushi (topping) : as you like

Cut the cabbage into julienne and cut the pork into 2 cm wide pieces.
Melt the eggs. -

Spread oil in a square frying pan, add cabbage and pork in that order, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake.
When the whole is cooked, flatten it, turn 1/2 amount of egg outwards, and roll it when the egg is half-boiled.
Add the remaining eggs and roll in the same way when cooked. -
