Ingredients

  • egg : 2 pieces
  • cabbage : 2 sheets
  • Ribs : 40g
  • Salt and pepper : a little
  • Sauce (topping) : as you like
  • Mayonnaise (topping) : as you like
  • Katsuobushi (topping) : as you like

Procedure

    Cut the cabbage into julienne and cut the pork into 2 cm wide pieces.
    Melt the eggs.
