- Pumpkin : 5 sheets
- Mixed nuts : 30g
- White wine : 50cc
- White wine vinegar : 1 tablespoon
- Honey : 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
Prepare the material
Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and slice it with the skin on. Finely chop the nuts.
Fry the ingredients
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and bake the pumpkin. Add nuts and cook together.
Add white wine, white wine vinegar, and honey and simmer to complete.
