- mushroom : Three
- onion : 1 tablespoon
- Garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry powder : Two knobs
- White wine : 50cc
- Fresh cream : 100cc

- Pepper : Appropriate amount
- Unsalted butter : 20g
