Ingredients
- Silken tofu : 2
- salt : a little
- Radish : 1/3
- Shishito : 1 pack

- (A) Sake : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Mirin : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Japanese style : 8g

                        Cut the tofu into six equal parts and place them on a bat lined with kitchen paper. Sprinkle salt to remove water and let the taste blend in.
