Ingredients
- (A) Cake flour : 90g
- (A) Almond powder : 20g
- (A) Baking powder : 3g
- Granulated sugar : 70g

- Unsalted butter : 90g
- (B) Honey : 15g
- (B) Vanilla extract : 1/2 teaspoon
- (B) Rum : 1/2 tbsp
- (C) Powdered sugar : 50g
- (C) Water : 10g

Put (A) in a bowl and let it blend in, then add sugar, add eggs, milk, and melted butter in that order and mix well.
Add (B) and mix well. -

Warm the toaster oven.
Spread the dough thinly on the mold and bake for 2-3 minutes until lightly colored. Repeat the work of spreading the dough thinly on it and baking it. -
