Ingredients
- lettuce : 1/2 ball
- (A) It's white : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tsp
- (A) Water : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Umami seasoning : 2 swings
- (A) Sesame oil (Kadoya's genuine dark mouth) : 4 tsp
- (A) Garlic : 1/4 piece
- Black pepper : Appropriate amount
- White sesame : Appropriate amount
- Chopped glue : Appropriate amount

                        Make dressing

                        Put (A) in a container and mix well.

 Mix evenly throughout.

Point
                            ・ Be careful when using more than 1/4 piece of garlic because the scent is too strong.
・ Mix the dressing well so that it does not separate.
・ By using sesame oil (Kadoya's genuine dark mouth), the finish is fragrant.
・ If the lettuce is washed with water, the dressing will be diluted, so drain it well.
・ If you add a can of tuna that has been drained of oil and arrange it, it will be a side dish.
