しめじは石づきを切りほぐして置く。

フライパンにオリーブオイルを熱し、なすを焼く。なすが焼けたらキッチンペーパーに取る。

フライパンにしめじを入れ炒める。しばらくしてからオリーブオイルを加え、更に炒める。

5のなすの上にしめじをのせ軽く混ぜる。半日漬け込む。
Point
