  • なす : 1本(180g)
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • そうめん : 1束(100g)
  • (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ1
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • (A)だしの素 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)水 : 300ml+200mlほど
  • 小ねぎ : 少々
  • いりごま : 少々

・そうめんをそのままフライパンに入れづらい場合は、半分に折って入れても良い。
・そうめんを茹でる際は、そうめん同士が付かないように菜箸で混ぜながら、規定の時間茹でる。
・そうめんの水気は、味を見ながら調節する。
