- ホットケーキミクス : 150g
- 絹ごし豆腐 : 200g
- 白玉粉 : 80g
- きび砂糖 : 適量

生地を作る

オーブンペーパーの上に、小さくちぎって丸めた生地をくっつけてポンデリングのような形にする。

揚げる

オーブンペーパーごと、160℃の油で揚げる。

砂糖をまぶす

熱いうちに、お好みで砂糖などをまぶして完成。
Point
・材料3つで出来る、ミスタードーナツのポンデリング風ドーナツのレシピ。
・高温で揚げると、中まで熱が通らず表面だけキツネ色になってしまうので注意する。
・手順3では、オーブンペーパーが外れたら裏返して揚げる。
・おまけのポンデライオン風のチョコプレートは、ホワイトチョコ、食紅の赤と黄、ミルクチョコを使用している。
