- egg : 8 pieces
- 油揚げ : 4枚
- チーズ : 適量
- あごだし（4倍濃縮） : 小さじ1/2～1
- 米油 : 適量
Arrange the fried tofu on a cutting board, put kitchen paper on it, and roll the surface with a rolling pin.
Cut it in half and turn it over.
Break the egg into a bowl and add the chin soup stock.
Put 2 in 1 and stuff with melted cheese.
Stop the mouth with a toothpick.
Heat in the microwave
Warm the frying pan, add rice oil and heat on medium heat.
Place 2 side by side, cover and bake for 1 minute, turn over and cover again and bake for 1 minute.
Turn it over again, cover and bake for 1 minute.
Complete by baking the whole.
