Wash the garlic chives with water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the carrots into julienne. Finely chop the green onions. Rehydrate the wood ear with water and cut into strips.

Point
・ Miso may be used as a substitute for Tianmian sauce, but adding Tianmian sauce will give a more authentic finish.
・ XO sauce is added as a secret ingredient.
