- 砂糖(煮汁) : 60g
- 醤油(醤油ダレ) : 100ml
- 料理酒(醤油ダレ) : 50ml
- みりん(醤油ダレ) : 50ml
- 顆粒昆布だし(醤油ダレ) : 10g
- 長ネギ(白いところ) : お好みで
- 卵 : お好みで
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- 麺 : お好みで

Boil water in a large saucepan, add pork, green onions, garlic cut in half, sliced ginger, cooking liquor, cover and boil over low heat.
