Ingredients
- うどん : 2玉
- 豚バラ肉 : 200g
- ニラ : 1/3束
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- 生姜 : 1かけ
- 命の出汁(本だしで代用可能) : 600CC
- 牛乳 : 200CC
- 醤油 : 100CC
- みりん : 100CC
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1.5
- 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量
- 長ネギ : 10cm程度
