Ingredients

  • うどん : 2玉
  • 豚バラ肉 : 200g
  • ニラ : 1/3束
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • 生姜 : 1かけ
  • 命の出汁(本だしで代用可能) : 600CC
  • 牛乳 : 200CC
  • 醤油 : 100CC
  • みりん : 100CC
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1.5
  • 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量
  • 長ネギ : 10cm程度

Point
