                        Slice the sweet potatoes with a slicer, rub in salt and leave for 1 minute.

                        Spread kitchen paper on a cutting board, line up sweet potatoes, and wipe off the water well.

Point
                            ・ When slicing sweet potatoes with a slicer, attach a safety device and be careful not to cut your hands.
・ You may use a peeler.
・ The slicer in the video is set to 0.5 mm.
・ Wipe off the water from sweet potatoes to prevent oil splashes.
・ Moisture of sweet potatoes should be done quickly to prevent discoloration.
・ If the sweet potato is large, you can roll it in one piece.
