・ When making meringue, whisk egg whites at low speed in a whisk, then add 1/3 granulated sugar and mix evenly at high speed. Once mixed, add the remaining 2/3 in 2 portions and mix further.
・ For meringue, it is better to sleep a little on the corner. Note that if you mix too much, the surface will crack when baked.
・ When applying vegetable oil to the mold, soak the vegetable oil in cooking paper and apply it evenly. If the mold is tin or aluminum, it is recommended to lay a cooking sheet.
・ Adjust the baking time while watching the dough. If the skewer is stabbed and the dough is not attached to the stabbed part and it is hot, it is cooked. Or if you touch the surface with your hands and it is elastic, it is proof that it has been baked. If it is burnt, it will wither. If you feel uneasy, leave it in the oven until the heat is removed.
