Ingredients

  • Chickpeas : 100g
  • 塩 : 5g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個

  • (A)フェヌグリーク : 5g
  • (A)カイエンパウダー : 少々
  • (A)塩 : 適量
  • (A)こしょう : 少々
  • 強力粉 : 1カップ
  • ベーキングパウダー : 7g
  • ヨーグルト : 1/2カップ

Procedure

  1. 1) Pickle chickpeas 00:15

    Put chickpeas and water in a bowl and let it soak for at least 6 hours.
    Drain the water over time.

  2. 2) Boil chickpeas 01:00

    Put salt in a pan and heat over medium heat. Add 1 and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cut the garlic into julienne.
    Shred ginger.

    休ませたパン生地を5等分し、油を塗った棒で均一に伸ばす。
    油で生地を焦げないよう揚げ、20秒程したら油から上げる。
