Procedure

    Remove the streaks from the chicken thighs and cut into 1-2 cm pieces.

    ボウルに卵を割り入れ、マヨネーズを加えて溶きほぐす。

    フライパンを火にかけ、バターを溶かす。
    バターが溶けきる前に卵液を入れ、手早く混ぜながら成形をする。

    お好みの固さになったら4に乗せ、(B)のケチャップをかけたら完成。
