Point
・ Tear off konjac by hand to make it easier for the taste to soak into it.
・ Add salt to konjac and knead it to remove water.
・ Atsuage is heated in a microwave oven to produce excess oil.
・ If you don't have soup stock, you can combine 400cc of water with 1 teaspoon of Hon-Dashi.
