型に生地を流し入れ、180℃に予熱をしたオーブンに入れる。
170℃のオーブンで、15～16分焼いたら完成。
Point
・ Return the eggs to room temperature in advance.
・ Use lemon zest that does not contain food additives.
・ Be sure to warm the butter to the level of human skin.
・ If the room temperature is high, put it in the refrigerator.
・ When using an American-made oven, bake at 340F.
