- 卵 : 1個
- 醤油 : 小さじ1

Heat the tofu

Wrap the tofu in cooking paper and heat it in a 600W microwave for one and a half minutes.

Cut vegetables

Finely chop the onions, carrots and peppers.

Fry while breaking the tofu in a frying pan.

水分が飛んだら溶き卵を加えて全体を混ぜ合わせ、火が通ったら一度器に取り出す。

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and fry the minced chicken. Add onions, carrots, peppers, tofu, soy sauce, and chicken broth soup and fry until cooked.
Point
・ Either cotton or silk may be used for tofu.
・ Wrap the tofu in cooking paper in advance and heat it in the microwave to remove the water.
・ Use your favorite vegetables.
・ Add salt and pepper to taste.
・ Fry the tofu while loosening it.
