🌻 How did ayahare lose weight? 🌻
After reading "Exercise leader affirms! Diet is 10% for exercise and 90% for diet", I decided to stop exercising and concentrate on eating to lose weight. I lost 10kg in 2 months without any special exercise.
Until now, I believed that diet = exercise, and I continued to blame myself for not being able to continue exercising, but I realized that the most important thing for dieting is "what to eat in my daily diet."

At the time of the diet, the most important thing I thought was "Would someone suggest my daily meal ..."
I want to lose weight, but I want to eat delicious food. But I don't want to spend time.
It was difficult to balance work and diet.
