Ingredients

  • pasta : 160g
  • アサリ : 250g
  • トマト(小) : 1個
  • 玉ねぎ : 大さじ2~3
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ3
  • 赤唐辛子 : 約2本
  • 酒 : 大さじ2
  • お湯 : 1.5L
  • 塩 : 大さじ1
  • 黒胡椒 : 適量
  • ハーブ : 適量
  • 生クリーム : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Boil the pasta 10:37

    Boil water in a frying pan and add the salt from (A).
    Add pasta and boil 2 minutes shorter than the indicated time.

  2. 2) Fry the onions 11:45

    Sprinkle olive oil in another frying pan.
    Add chopped onions and fry over low heat.

  3. 3) Steam the ingredients with sake 16:25

    When the onions are lightly colored, add the sardines, red pepper and sake.
    Add 2 tablespoons of boiled soup and tomatoes cut into 1 cm squares and cover.

  4. 4) パスタを加える 20:00

    茹で上がったパスタの、水気を切る。
    あさりの口が開いたらパスタを加えて絡め、1分程煮る。

  5. 5) 仕上げる 22:00

    皿に盛り、お好みでハーブと黒胡椒をちらす。
    お好みで生クリームをかけたら、完成。

Point

・ Remove the sand from the asari in advance.
