- （A）塩 : 少々
- 酢 : 小さじ1

- ベーキングパウダー : 小さじ1

Put silken tofu in a bowl and heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute.
Wipe off the water with kitchen paper and mix to make it smooth. -

Make dough

Add (A) to 1 and mix to make it smooth.
Add vinegar and olive oil and mix.
Add baking powder and mix until sticky. -

Mold the dough

Spread the dough on the oven sheet and prepare the surface.
Apply olive oil to your fingertips and make a dent in the dough. -

600wの電子レンジで、1分加熱をする。
200℃に予熱をしたトースターで、15～20分焼いたら完成。
Point
・ When using granular oatmeal, use instant oats or quick oats.
・ You can choose the type of vinegar you like.
・ Lacanto S can be changed to your favorite sweetener.
・ The dough should be stretched to about 13 cm x 20 cm.
