Ingredients

  • さつまいも : 150g
  • 里芋 : 150g
  • ビーツ : 10g
  • バナナ : 適量
  • マンゴー : 適量
  • Sago Pearl : 50g
  • タピオカスターチ : 100g
  • (A)水 : 80ml
  • (B)ココナッツミルク : 1缶(400ml)
  • (B)水 : 400ml
  • (B)パームシュガー : 60g
  • (B)パンダンリーフ : 3枚

Procedure

  1. 1) Flood the sago pearl 00:01

    Soak Sagopearl in water (outside the amount) and let it soak for about 30 minutes.

    鍋に(B)を入れて弱火にかけ、5~10分程煮る。
    パンダンリーフを取り出し、サゴパールを加えて混ぜる。

  7. 7) 具材を加える 10:12

    里芋の皮を剥いて4等分に切り、スープに加える。
    さつまいも、タピオカゼリーを加え、軽く煮る。

  8. 8) 仕上げる 11:45

    バナナとマンゴーを加え、器に盛ったら完成。

Point

・ Tapioca pearl can be used as a substitute for sago pearl.
・ Taro and yam can be used instead of taro.
・ If tapioca jelly does not come together, add tapioca starch.
