- Leek : 10 cm
- ☆ Chicken soup base : 2 tsp
- ☆ Sesame oil : 1 tsp
- ☆ White sesame : 1 tsp
- ☆ Garlic tube : 3cm
- ☆ Salt : Appropriate amount
- ☆ Water : 200cc
- ☆ Ice : 5 pieces

Put water in a flat plate and heat it in the microwave (600w) for 4 minutes, then put somen in it and heat it again in the microwave (600w) (boil time indicated), drain the water and cool.
