Ingredients
- garlic : 2 pieces
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ4
- 水 : 100ml
- かつお粉 : 大さじ1
- 冷凍うどん : 2玉
- 揚げ玉 : 30g
- ネギ(薬味用) : 1~2本
- 海苔 : 適量
- たまり醤油 : 大さじ1

Chop garlic

Crush the garlic with a knife and chop it into small pieces.

Put olive oil in a frying pan, add 1 and fry over low heat.
Add water when it smells, and turn off the heat when it boils.
Add bonito flour. -

Heat the frozen udon noodles

Cut the green onions into small pieces.
Heat the frozen udon in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes. -

2のフライパンに揚げ玉を入れ、汁を吸わせる。

丼にたまり醬油、3のうどんを入れて混ぜる。
4の揚げ玉、ネギ、海苔を盛り付けて完成。
Point
・ If the garlic is small, it is better to use 4 pieces. If so, Aomori garlic is recommended.
・ Garlic gives off a scent over low heat so as not to burn it.
・ If you don't have bonito powder, you can substitute finely bonito flakes.
・ Tamari soy sauce can be replaced with ordinary soy sauce.
・ If you like, you can serve sliced hawk claws.
・ Mix all ingredients before eating.
