Ingredients
- Rice (warm) : 210g
- (A)酢 : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)塩 : 大さじ1/2
- サーモン : 200g
- (B)マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
- (B)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- (B)レモン汁 : 大さじ1/2
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- わさび : 適量
- 醤油 : 適量

Cool the cooked rice for 1 minute, add sushi vinegar little by little and mix.
Wrap it and set it aside. -

Wrap it and put it in the refrigerator. -

Make mayonnaise sauce

Put (B) in a bowl and mix.
Slice the onion into thin slices and expose to cold water for 10 minutes.
