  • Rice (warm) : 210g
  • (A)酢 : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1

  • (B)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
  • (B)レモン汁 : 大さじ1/2
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
  • わさび : 適量
  • 醤油 : 適量
