Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 350g
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 大さじ2
- (A) Sake : 大さじ1
- (A) Grated ginger : 10g
- (A) Salt : 少々

                        Cut chicken thighs

 Put 1 and knead well.

 Put chicken thighs in a bowl of potato starch and apply the potato starch well as if pressing.
