Ingredients
- (A) Medium-strength flour : 300g (2 cups)
- (A) Baking powder : 6g (1.5 tsp)
- (A) Baking soda : 2g (1/2 teaspoon)
- (A) Salt : 3g (1/2 teaspoon)
- (B) Egg : 1個
- (B) Unsalted butter : 15g(大さじ1)
- (B) Water : 130g
