Cut the onion vertically into two equal parts, put them in a bowl, add olive oil and let them blend into the whole.
Add salt and let it blend into the whole. -

Place the onion in a frying pan with the cross section facing down and heat on very low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn the onions over, cover the frying pan and steam for 5 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes.
Turn the onions upside down, shake the frying pan and fry while entwining the balsamic vinegar and onions.
Complete when the balsamic vinegar becomes thick.
Point
・ The sweetness of onions can be brought out by heating the onions over a long period of time without peeling them.
・ By sprinkling enough salt on the cross section of the onion at the time of preparation, the osmotic pressure causes water to come out and a good brown color can be obtained.
・ If you don't have enough olive oil when heating the onions, you can add a small amount.
・ When steaming with balsamic vinegar, if the heat is too strong, you may turn off the heat and steam.
・ Finally, you can sprinkle salt if you like.
