    玉ねぎを角切りにする。パプリカは種を取り、角切りにする。にんにくを粗いみじん切りにし、大葉を粗めに刻む。

    フライパンに火をつけ、油をひく。豚ひき肉を入れ塩こしょうをふり、炒める。にんにくを入れ香りを出し、玉ねぎ・パプリカ・納豆と(A)の具材を入れ混ぜる。小さなボウルに水を入れ、卵を割り入れ電子レンジで40秒加熱し、半熟卵を作る。

    器にご飯を盛り、フライパンの具材をよそい、半熟卵を乗せ、いりごまをかけたら完成。
