Ingredients
- 焼きそば : 2 bags
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- ピーマン : 2個
- Pork belly : 150g
- 卵 : 2個
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ2
- (A) Kimchi : 100g
- (A) Sake : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 適量

Cut the peppers into small pieces and slice the onions into thin slices.
Break the egg into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat. -

Fry the noodles and eggs

Heat the frying pan and add sesame oil.
Add yakisoba and loosen it, then bake on both sides for 1 minute on high heat.
Bring the fried noodles to the edge, add the eggs and mix gently with chopsticks. When the eggs have hardened, fry them with the noodles and put them in a bowl. -

Put sesame oil in a frying pan again and fry the pork belly over high heat.
When cooked, add peppers and onions and season with salt and pepper. -

Fry until the juice is gone, then put 2 back in the frying pan and combine.

Point
・ When cutting peppers and onions, adjust the thickness to the same extent. If the kimchi is big, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.
・ Garlic chives may be added to the vegetables if you like.
・ Pork belly can be replaced with pork ribs.
・ If you warm the yakisoba lightly in the microwave before frying, it will be easier to loosen.
