- 大根 : 80g
- にんじん : 30g
- 里芋 : 100g
- しいたけ : 2枚
- 油揚げ : 1/2枚
- 万能ねぎ : 2本
- 味噌 : 大さじ2
- 煮干し : 10g
- だし汁 : 500ml

Cut radish and carrots

Cut the carrot into half moons with a width of 5 mm. -

Cut taro and shiitake mushrooms

Peel the taro and cut into 1 cm wide slices.
Cut off the shiitake mushroom shaft and cut it in half. -

Cut fried tofu and green onions

Drain the fried tofu and cut into strips to a length of 4 cm.
Cut off the roots of all-purpose onions and cut into small pieces. -

煮干しを煮る

Put dried sardines and soup stock in a pan and heat.
When it boils, reduce the heat, simmer for about 5 minutes, and remove the dried sardines. -

具材を煮る

鍋に具材を全て入れ、強火にして沸騰させる。
アクを取り、蓋をして弱火で10分程煮る。
味噌を溶かして加え、火を止める。 -

納豆をすりつぶす

納豆をすり鉢に入れ、すりこぎですりつぶす。
味噌汁を加え、混ぜながらすりつぶす。 -

5に納豆を加えて火にかけ、沸騰直前で火を止める。
器に盛り、万能ねぎをちらしたら完成。
Point
・ Soak the dried sardines in water for about 30 minutes in advance.
・ When adding natto to the pot, be careful not to bring it to a boil.
・ If natto is boiled, the flavor will be impaired.
・ Granule dashi stock may be used as the dashi stock.
・ If you like, it is recommended to add root vegetables such as burdock.
