- Fresh cream (36%) : 50ml
- チョコレート : 100g
- ブランデー : 小さじ2

Warm the cream

Put the cream in a bowl and boil it in hot water.
Warm until just before boiling and mix gently. -

Melt chocolate

Add brandy and mix. -
