- (B) Water : 70ml
- (B) Red wine : 70ml
- (B) Worcestershire sauce : 大さじ3
- (B) Ketchup : 大さじ3
- (B) butter : 20g
- (B) Salt : 小さじ1/3
- (B) Pepper : 少々
- (C) Mozzarella cheese : 60g
- (C) Flour : 大さじ1
- (C) Milk : 120ml
- (C) Salt : 少々
- じゃがいも : 小2個
- ミニトマト : 適量
Make a garnish
Cut the potatoes into combs with skin and fry in oil (not included in the amount).
Fry the cherry tomatoes in a frying pan diluted with oil.
Knead and mold minced meat
Finely chop the onions and fry in butter.

Bake in a frying pan

Put (C) in a small pan and heat it to a boil while mixing until the cheese melts.
Turn off the heat of 4 and sprinkle with cheese sauce.
Serve 1 vegetables and sprinkle with parsley if you like.
